UK Based Supplements Store - Online PR Campaign

SGA has recently been appointed by a UK based health supplements store to deliver the following objectives:

  • Increase traffic by 30% in a six month period
  • Assist in repositioning the online presence - to become market leaders
  • Put forward recommendations on customer loyalty

SGA devised a campaign that included the development of a Twitter account and the launch of a Facebook account to drive customer loyalty. This was achieved through the development of a six month competition programme with each competition being announced across the social media platforms, in e-mail newsletters and within web based competition forums and websites.

Monthly articles were drafted discussing seasonal topics with recommendations on seasonal health issues such as hayfever and sun creams during the summer months. Each article was promoted across the web and via relevant forums. This resulted in the acquisition of new inbound, quality links and traffic from relevant sources.

Regular creation and promotion of quality traffic utilising a number of social media platforms, blogs, forums and online PR releases and articles resulted in us hitting our traffic acquisition targets within three months.
